Privates offer the opportunity for students of all levels to focus and effectively enhance their personal physical, mental, and emotional goals. Cater to their schedule and needs, and create an in-depth practice to challenge them to advance to the next level.
Privates are beneficial to beginners, for it offers the chance to gain initial experience without feeling overwhelmed.  


TYPES OF SESSIONS OFFERED

REALIGN 
This session is of a slow and steady pace, focusing on therapeutic stretching, core stability, alignment training to prevent injury, and muscle engagement for strengthening and lengthening the body.

RECONNECT
A specifically designed flow to help you harness and properly utilize your power (of body and mind); via reconnecting you with your spirit through movement and breath work. A perfect practice to remind you of your strength to not only survive but thrive.

​RECHARGE
A session of grounding, stillness and rejuvenation for the constant busy body. You'll be met by supportive props, tranquil sounds, and aromatherapy as you allow yourself to rest and release. This restorative practice activates your para-sympathetic nervous system - the system that allows for true healing and recovery, and improvements in digestion (of body, mind, and emotions), sleep, and concentration.
